The Waverley Benevolent Society (WBS) provides an emergency food relief service and focusses on serving eligible individuals and families within the City of Monash. WBS is an independent registered not for profit charity.
Founded in 1970, WBS has been providing direct food assistance and supermarket vouchers to people in need in the City of Monash area. Since November 2015, it has been partnered with LINK Health and Community (www.linkhc.org.au) and that has opened referral pathways to complementary services for some of our complex needs clients.
